The double-screw conical mixer is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment developed by integrating the advantages of the Japanese cantilever single-screw mixer and the domestic “SLH” double-screw conical mixer. This equipment is widely used for solid-solid (i.e., powder with powder) mixing and solid-liquid (i.e., liquid added to powder) mixing in industries such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, dyes, metallurgy, mining, food, monosodium glutamate, and feed.
This equipment has strong adaptability to mixtures: it will not cause overheating for heat-sensitive materials; it will not crush or grind granular materials; it will not cause stratification and segregation for mixtures composed of materials with significant differences in specific gravity and different particle sizes; and it has good adaptability to the mixing of various particles, fibers or flake materials such as coarse particles, fine particles and ultrafine powders.
