It is widely used in the production of various hot melt adhesives such as EVA, TPU and SBS, for example, the particle processing of products like furniture edge banding adhesives, carton sealing adhesives, book binding adhesives and pipeline anti-corrosion adhesives. It also meets the granulation requirements of polyolefin blends and various thermoplastic elastomers.

1.Core Configuration: The entire equipment adopts a modular structure, with core components including a kneader or screw extruder (for melting and plasticizing hot melt adhesive raw materials); a melt pump and filter (to ensure stable discharge pressure and filter impurities in raw materials); an underwater pelletizing head (equipped with a superhard alloy die and an automatic centering cutter for precise cutting); supporting cooling circulation system, vertical dehydrator, and vibrating screen. Some models are also equipped with a high-pressure pneumatic conveying system and a storage silo, while high-end models additionally integrate an automatic packaging device.
2.Working Process: First, the hot melt adhesive raw materials are melted and plasticized by an extruder or reactor, and the molten materials are extruded through the die; the materials just leaving the die orifices are instantly cut into droplets by a high-speed rotating cutter and then enter the circulating water; the droplet-shaped hot melt adhesive quickly cools and solidifies due to temperature difference, then the water is removed by a dehydrator, the vibrating screen filters out particles with uniform particle size, and finally the particles are transported to the storage silo through the pneumatic conveying system to complete pelletizing.
3.Core Advantages: Compared with traditional strand pelletizing, it has higher output and lower energy consumption. The produced particles are mostly close to spherical, with a small contact area and no easy adhesion at high temperatures; the equipment has a high degree of automation, with variable frequency speed regulation and automatic cutting, and is easy to operate; it adopts an integrated design, eliminating the traditional cold water tank, covering a smaller area, and the pelletizing process is dust-free and low-noise, meeting environmental protection requirements.
